THE FOUNDER

Tiber Creek Development, founded by Elizabeth Carr Eitan, is a woman-owned and led real estate development and consulting firm. As a 6th generation Washingtonian, Elizabeth brings a wealth of market knowledge and a robust professional network to the table. Her extensive experience in construction and development drives the continued growth of Tiber Creek Development. With a commitment to excellence, the firm is poised to make a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Elizabeth brings over twelve and a half years of hands-on experience in both the construction and development industry, where she gained in-depth knowledge of site management, project scheduling, pricing, and subcontractor purchasing. She successfully transitioned into development, managing projects valued at over $500 million, including the groundbreaking first mass timber one-bedroom, three-unit module in the United States. Her expertise and innovative approach make her a valuable asset in the field.

​​Elizabeth is deeply committed to her community and has forged a meaningful connection with the Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation. She had a pivotal role in hosting the inaugural DC March for Marrow in 2017, which successfully raised over $255,000. Her dedication to community service remains unwavering as she continues to invest her time and efforts in making a positive impact.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Science from Boston University, and a M.B.A from Georgetown University.
